Thomas Hardnett is the Founder of TH Staffing. Thomas formerly served as Vice President of Human Resources for Baines Management Company, a portfolio enterprise. In this role, he recruited and staffed for all Baines Management owned companies. It was through this experience that Thomas developed his keen sense for locating and staffing quality talent.

In 2000, Thomas founded TH Staffing (then named Little Dimples Enterprises) and has since recruited for businesses and agencies of various industries such as MAXIMUS Corporation, Baltimore Gas & Electric, and Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development. Thomas' experience with diverse industries makes him agnostic when looking for new partnerships. Whatever you need, he can help.

Thomas is focused on building new relationships and continuing to grow the TH Staffing Brand. When he has down time he enjoys playing golf, traveling, watching sports, and enjoying family time with his wife and children.
Cedr​ick Hardnett is the Chief Operating Officer and Lead Recruiter of TH Staffing. Cedrick has an extensive background in research which he leverages to find quality candidates that may be located off the beaten path. Cedrick developed this skillset while attending Salisbury University where he specialized in historical research.

Following college, Cedrick decided to pursue positions that were research-intensive which led him to the role of Research Associate at a commercial real estate database, CoStar Group. Within 3 years Cedrick rose through the ranks, became a proficient researcher, was promoted twice, and became a Senior Research Associate.
Following this position, Cedrick decided to explore diverse opportunities to expand his passion for research. He began working within a variety of industries including Event Management, HIgher Education Technology Sales, Non-Profit Development, and Executive Search. Along with research, Cedrick developed a strong instinct for the best practices needed for a company to run efficiently and scale for growth. He is currently leveraging these talents in his role as COO.

As the COO and Lead Recruiter of TH Staffing, Cedrick is focused on managing the internal day to day operations of the organization as well as utilizing his strong research background to locate quality talent and connect them with our partners. In his free time, Cedrick enjoys audio engineering, practicing meditation, and watching movies with his fiance.
